Ada Meyers
LPC, NCC, MAC
Ada has a background in Education. She has 24 years in the counseling field, a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling. Ada specializes in family and adolescent counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor and most recently obtained certification for Master Addiction Counseling (MAC). A member of the Bay Area Recovery Center team since 2014 and absolute joy to work with. She has an ability to connect with clients and their families that is second to none. Anyone that has a family member with addiction understands the disease negatively impacts everyone’s life that touches the addict. She provides one on one and family group therapy sessions that helps us ensure not only our clients are getting the care they deserve but their families are as well. She works closely in both our inpatient and outpatient settings.
