Here Is Our Admissions Process
- Assessment – Our admissions team will begin the assessment process to determine your needs and how best we can help. Our admissions professional will inquire about your substance and past treatment history, any current or past medical issues, current or past mental health issues, family history, and your employment status. They may also ask for any insurance information if you haven’t already provided it. This information is important to determine the best level of care needed for your circumstances and needs. Feel free to ask questions about the program, staff, costs, treatment plans, and the facilities.
- Insurance – Our team will verify your coverage and eligibility. We will communicate up front any deductible, copays, and coinsurance required by your health insurance. We will contact your health insurance and take charge of the authorization process on your behalf. If you have any questions about how insurance can help pay for treatment or about the managed care process in general, please don’t hesitate to ask.
- Admissions – Once you have been properly assessed, our admissions team will recommend a course of treatment for your individual needs. Our team also works closely with you and your family throughout this entire process, while arranging a date and time for your admission.
